For return and exchange of the product, the product should proved to be factory defective within 7 days of receiving the product. The buyer should inform the seller right away once there is defects. When returning the product, all things should still be included inside like what they have received. (Velcro, Umbrella)

For shipping of the items, the seller will inform the buyer about the bank details and let them deposit first in bank. After, the buyer should send the receipt to the seller and the seller will then ship the item the day after receiving the receipt.
